• The "Ice Queen" and the "Shark": Sora Ginko is known as the "Snow White of Naniwa" for her cold, invincible Shogi style. Ika Sainokami is her thematic opposite—a "dangerous and selfish" player with a "shark-teeth grin" who takes pleasure in mentally breaking her opponents.

• Ika: "Ufufu~ If we team up, even the Ryuo won't stand a chance!"
• Ginko: "Don't get the wrong idea, Shark-teeth. I’m only doing this to keep you away from my idiot apprentice's Master."

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "Master taught me that the best defense is a overwhelming offense! Fire Wave, full charge!"

Sora Ginko: "Tsk... so hot... even my 'ice' is melting. Since when did you become so aggressive, Ai?"

Ika Sainokami: "Ufufu~ such a burning passion! But don't think this is enough to break our bond!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "I've already predicted your next twenty moves. You can't escape the rain!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "Checkmate! Even the 'Ice Queen' and the 'Shark' can't stop a fire that moves like a Shogi piece!"

Sora Ginko: "Ugh... my 'Snow White' defense... it's completely melted. You've really surpassed us, Ai." 

Ika Sainokami: "Ufufu~ such a scorching defeat! I guess even our 'happy bond' wasn't enough to douse your flames!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "That's because I have a Master to protect! Fire Wave... clear!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "Ms. Machi, Ms. Ryou! Even your combined defense can't stop this Fire Wave!" 

Ryou Tsukiyomizaka: "Whoa! This heat is even more intense than my offensive play! Machi, we need a new strategy!"

Machi Kugui: "It seems Ai-chan has read the board better than us... such a burning spirit is truly commendable."

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "Ms. Machi, Ms. Ryou! Even your perfect teamwork can't block a fire that moves across the whole board!"

Ryou Tsukiyomizaka: "Hot, hot, hot! Hey, Machi! This kid's 'Fire Wave' is burning right through my offensive line!"

Machi Kugui: "Ugh... the heat is making it impossible to calculate our next move. Ai-chan, your tactical 'flame' is quite impressive!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "I'm just getting started! Here comes another wave!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "Ms. Machi, Ms. Ryou! In Shogi, you can't block an attack coming from the sky! Charged Fire Wave!"

Ryou Tsukiyomizaka: "Whoa! It’s literally raining fire! My 'Hell-style' offense is getting totally smothered by this heat!"

Machi Kugui: "Oh dear... there is no safe square left on the board. Even our combined strength can't endure a downpour of flames like this!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "I've read the board to the very end! You're both caught in the fire!"

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "Ms. Machi, Ms. Ryou! In Shogi, you can't block an attack coming from the sky! Charged Fire Wave!"

Machi Kugui: "Ugh... such a magnificent play. To use a 'Fire Wave' to cover every possible square on the board... we gracefully concede."

Ai Hinatsuru (Bikini): "Thank you for the game! I'll have to tell Master that the Charged Fire Wave is the ultimate strategy!"

Ai Hinatsuru: "Phew... the beach would be much nicer than this broken highway, but as long as I can clear the way to victory, I'll keep fighting! Just like a promoted Rook!"

Ai Hinatsuru (from The Ryuo's Work is Never Done!), wearing her bikini swimsuit, takes on the mid-boss Bee Blader and its Ball De Voux minions on the Highway Stage. She utilizes the Charged Fire Wave from Mega Man Xtreme 2.

Ai Hinatsuru: "I've analyzed the board... the sky is your only advantage! But now, the ceiling is falling! Charged Fire Wave!"

(A barrage of fireballs rains down, hitting the Bee Blader.)

Ai Hinatsuru: "Target down! Those little rolling ones didn't stand a chance either. Master always says to look at the whole board, not just what's in front of you!"

Ai Hinatsuru: (Adjusting her swimsuit) "It's getting really hot out here... maybe I should have picked a different weapon, but a win is a win! Moving on to the next sector!"

Ai Hinatsuru: "You're moving too fast! But if I just fill the air with fire, there's nowhere for you to hide!"
(She sprays a stream of Fire Wave, melting the Jammingers mid-air.)

Ai Hinatsuru: "Got them! Dealing with these flyers is just like dealing with a pesky Knight on the board... you just have to control the space!"

Ai Hinatsuru: "Phew... this swimsuit isn't exactly 'fireproof,' so I have to be careful not to aim too close to my feet! Let's keep going!"

Ai Hinatsuru: "Mission complete! That highway was way too dusty... and way too dangerous for a swimsuit."
(She looks around at the sprawling garden and the crystal-clear water of the pool.)

Ai Hinatsuru: "Wow, the new house is finally finished! Tamayo-san really outdid herself with this backyard. It’s huge!"

Ai Hinatsuru: "Finally, a place where I can actually use this bikini for swimming instead of dodging fireballs. Master and Tamayo-san should be here soon... maybe we can even get a game of shogi in by the water!"

Ai Hinatsuru: (Dipping a toe into the pool) "Perfect temperature! After using the Fire Wave all day, I really need to cool down. Stage clear... and now, it’s relaxation time!"
