Army (Donkey Kong Country)

이미지
Army (Donkey Kong Country) Army Armies first appear in Donkey Kong Country; they attack by rolling into a ball and careening toward the Kongs. Donkey Kong can defeat an Army by jumping on it once, regardless if the enemy is inside its shell or not. Diddy Kong must jump on an Army twice to defeat it, as when he jumps on a curled up Army, Diddy forces it to its normal position. While an Army is not curled up, Diddy can jump on it another time to defeat it. Armies are the fifth and final pair of enemies that Dumb Drum releases during the boss fight, Boss Dumb Drum. In the Game Boy Advance version, Donkey Kong can Hand Slap an Army to obtain a photograph for the first page of the scrapbook.

Necky (Donkey Kong Country)

Necky (Donkey Kong Country) Necky In Donkey Kong Country, Neckies are common enemies who appear in many levels, especially in Vine Valley. There are two types of Neckies: one is perched and throws coconuts at Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong while the other flies horizontally in a straight line. The flying Neckies appear in more levels than the coconut-throwing variant. There are two Necky bosses, both of whom are only seen by their head, Master Necky and Master Necky Snr.. The Kongs can defeat both Necky variants by either jumping onto them or throwing a barrel at them. In addition, the coconut-throwing variant can also be defeated from the Kongs rolling into them. If either Donkey Kong or Diddy Kong is hit by a perched Necky's coconut, the player loses that Kong. The flying Neckies are often required to cross gaps or to enter a Bonus Barrel, such as the ones at the start of Tree Top Town and Snow Barrel Blast.

Gnawty (Donkey Kong Country) Gnawty Brown Gnawty In Donkey Kong Country, Gnawties are among the most common and weakest enemies, along with Kritter. They walk from side to side and can hurt Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong if they come into contact. The Kongs can defeat a Gnawty by using any attack, including jumping on it, rolling into it, or throwing a Barrel at it. Gnawties have a brown-fur variant that moves around on a millstone, somewhat similar to the functionality of a hamster wheel. They stand in the center hole of the millstone, although in the Game Boy Color version, they stand on top of it. They appear in two temple-themed levels, Millstone Mayhem and Temple Tempest. In contrast to regular Gnawties, this type cannot be defeated due to their millstone being indestructible. Some millstone-riding Gnawties chase the Kongs down a path until they hit into a dead-end wall, while others move back and forth on a set path. Very Gnawty and Really Gnawty, two bosses from the game, are notabl...
