• Effect: Unlike the continuous stream from the original Mega Man X, this version creates a wave that moves across the terrain, engulfing the Mega Minions in its path.
• The Defeat: The Mega Minions, normally durable and chaotic, are overwhelmed by the fire pillars, bringing their "superhero disaster" to a halt.

Ai’s Simple Dialogue

Reflecting her polite but determined nature as a shogi prodigy:

• "Master, watch closely! I've already calculated their defeat... Fire Wave!"
• "I won't let you wreck the break room anymore! This move is checkmate!"

Ai Hinatsuru Dialogue

"Master, look! Gru-san's pool is so big! I've already calculated the best angle for a dive. It's much different from the hot spring back home!"

"Wait... why are there yellow goggles floating everywhere? And what is that round yellow thing trying to take my beach ball? It's so chaotic here!"

• "Even if things get scary, like that mean man in the flashback, I'll just use my 'Wave' to clear the path! Checkmate!" 

Ai Hinatsuru uses her shogi-honed precision for some "Mega Mayhem" at Gru's residence.

The Scenario

1. Inflation: Lucy Wilde, wearing a light blue striped bikini, is inflated like a giant balloon as Ai playfully pumps her up with an air pump.
2. The Charged Fire Wave: Ai charges up her Fire Wave weapon (from Mega Man Xtreme 2). Instead of a standard flame, the Charged Fire Wave in Xtreme 2 releases several large, bouncing fireballs.
3. The Puncture: Ai uses a focused spark of the Fire Wave to puncture the inflated Lucy.
4. The Crash: Lucy rockets through the air as she deflates, zig-zagging wildly before crashing directly into the Mega Minions, leaving them completely flattened.

"Calculations complete! Lucy-san makes a very big balloon, but she's much more useful as a projectile! Ready... Charged Fire Wave! Checkmate!"

"Oh look, Master! The Mega Minions are flat as shogi tiles now! They should be much easier to organize this way, don't you think? Hehe!"

Poppy Prescott becomes the next participant in Ai Hinatsuru’s experimental "tactics."

The Scenario

1. Inflation: Poppy Prescott, wearing a sleek red bikini swimsuit, is playfully inflated like a giant balloon by Ai Hinatsuru, who uses a high-velocity air pump.
2. Basic Fire Wave: Ai prepares the Basic Fire Wave from Mega Man Xtreme 2. Unlike the charged version, this emits a steady, focused heat projectile.
3. The Puncture: Ai aims a precise, hot spark from the Fire Wave at Poppy’s inflated form, causing a sudden puncture.
4. The Crash: Releasing a high-pitched whistle of air, Poppy rockets across the lawn, spinning uncontrollably before slamming into the Mega Minions. The impact is so great that the super-powered Minions are left completely flattened like paper thin shogi pieces.

Ai Hinatsuru Dialogue

"Target confirmed! Poppy-san looks just like a giant festival balloon now. Let's see if this 'Fire Wave' can create a propulsion effect... Checkmate!"

"Hehe! It worked perfectly, Master! Look at the Mega Minions—they’ve been flattened into 2D! My calculations for the trajectory were exactly right. This is much more fun than a standard opening move!"

In this final sequence, the "Mega Mayhem" of Despicable Me 4 is officially concluded with a Stage Clear event. Following the defeat of the Mega Minions, the scene transitions into a celebratory peaceful moment at Gru's grassland estate.

Stage Clear & Teleportation

As the screen displays the "Stage Clear" message—reminiscent of the Mega Man Xtreme series—Ai Hinatsuru utilizes the classic teleportation beam to travel from the battlefield to the mansion's backyard.

• Teleport Animation: Ai vanishes in a streak of blue light and reappears poolside at Gru’s residence.
• The Setting: The backyard features a large swimming pool overlooking a serene grassland, now free of the chaos caused by Maxime Le Mal's previous attacks. 

Crossover Reunion: The Swimming Pool Party

Ai is joined by her closest companions from The Ryuo's Work is Never Done!, all celebrating their "best relationship" status in their signature summer wear:

• Ai Hinatsuru: Still in her S-STYLE light blue and white polka dot bikini with yellow bows and flower sandals.
• Charlotte Izoard: Wearing her white-themed swimsuit, often seen in official merchandise like the C94 B2 tapestry.
• Ayano Sadatou & Mio Mizukoshi: Joining the group in their respective summer beach outfits, completing the "JS Research Association" reunion.
